AFS Wall panel before concrete fill
We promote and recommend an engineered framing system of steel framed panels clad inside and out with a stable, durable, sustainable sheet incorporating a selected thickness of non absorbent insulating high density foam.
Once erected panels are fitted with reinforcing steel bars conduits for services and filled with a special concrete mix usually 25mpa in strength.
This system has been widely used in Australia, UK, Canada, India and USA primarily for multi storey residential, commercial and retaining projects.
